Mr. Kazu Nakajima, the managing chef of K’s Sushi, was working at Modern Japanese Restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo for 4 years and in Sydney for 11 years as the Sushi Chef.

Based on his Sushi Chef experience, he opend the Kaiten sushi shop which the sushi dishes are presented to the customers on a food conveyor belt in Burwood, 1998.

He receives favorable reviews because he breaks the traditional menu to put great creation sushi on this conveyor belt. A new style of Kaiten Sushi!
